The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Admin - ERP Project on a full-time fixed-term contract ****** months).
This is a hands-on role that combines business analysis, project management, and operational delivery.
Working closely with the ERP Transformation Manager, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are well-structured, effectively managed, and delivered on time, on budget, and in line with PMO standards.
Facilitate and document As-Is and To-Be process mapping for ERP implementation.
Develop role-based workflows, including approval processes, order lifecycles, and warehouse fulfillment.
Document data structures and governance requirements.




Writing and execute test cases to support UAT
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Define business rules, conduct gap analysis, and contribute to functional design documents.
Support and development of training materials, SOP's and quick reference guides.
Assist with ERP change management activities
About You
You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong blend of analytical and coordination skills.
Essential
Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite highly regarded)
Proven project support experience across small to medium-scale initiatives
High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business
Desirable
Recent experience working on FMCG Projects
