In the role of
Senior Health Banking Manager
, you will join
the Health Relationship team
that's doubling down on
customer obsession
!
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
Manage and retain a portfolio of established health sector clients, ensuring solid service and continuity
Strengthen existing relationships and identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes
Support lending activity, including credit structuring and deal execution
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and risk management
Maintain high levels of client engagement to protect and grow portfolio value

You'll need:
In-depth banking experience with strong relationship management expertise
Demonstrated ability to manage and retain complex client portfolios
Deep understanding of the health sector and its commercial drivers
Strong credit and financial analysis capability
Highly organised with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
