We're looking for motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our team.

Both Full-time and Part-time roles are available.
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our business - providing outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
You'll work as part of a supportive team while also taking initiative on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
Assist customers with product selection and provide informed recommendations
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness,



and merchandising standards
Process transactions accurately using POS systems
Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For
Proven high-level experience in retail or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic
Flexibility with availability (we operate 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays)
Desirable (but not essential)
Knowledge or interest in sports such as AFL, soccer, NRL, or Formula 1
