We're looking for areliable, organised, and hands‐on Factory Supervisorto lead daily operations in our Melbourne branch.
This role plays a key part in keeping our factory, office team, and glaziers working in sync.
It combinesglass cutting, processing, workflow coordination, and factory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all inward and outward deliveries with accuracy and timeliness
Work closely with office staff to ensure glass is cut, prepared, and ready for glaziers' daily runs
Oversee stock control, including monitoring levels and maintaining precise records
Supervise factory workflow to maintain efficiency, safety, and smooth production
Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and dispatched on schedule
Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐organised factory environment
Manage and maintain factory tools, equipment, and assets
Skills & Experience:
Glass cutting and processing experience is essential
Experience in a factory, warehouse, or supervisory role (glass industry experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Solid understanding of stock control, delivery processes, and workflow coordination
