We currently have a fantastic opportunity in our BrisbaneCommercial Litigation team for an Associate or Senior Associate.Working with a close-knit and inclusive team, you will work in abroad variety of commercial litigation matters covering disputes inthe infrastructure & mining, consumer markets, regulatory, realestate, transport and government sectors.
Responsibilities
Draft advices, pleadings and prepare matters forhearing
Attend witness conferences and prepare affidavits andwitness statements
Brief senior and junior Counsel
Appear in directions hearings and conferences
Prepare for and attend court and mediations
Mentor graduates, summer clerks and junior lawyers
Assist with business development and marketinginitiatives
Requirements
At least 3+ years PQE in a reputable commercial litigationteam with experience across a broad range of commerciallitigation matters
Commercial approach and experience dealing with complextransactions
Excellent analytical,



technical and drafting skills
The successful candidate will need to be an engaging, and highlymotivated individual with exceptional academic achievements.
