Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist for our Tweed Heads care home.
This full time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and focuses on leading front-line rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts to ensure operational stability for residents, families and visiting health professionals.
You will work with the site leadership team to fill shifts, backfill requests, and manage access to the timekeeping system, while maintaining confidential rostering
