About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Delivery / Operations Lead
to drive
delivery execution

domain.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
Credit Card Products

Card Issuing Operations

Payment Processing

Scheme Management

Vendor Management
, with a proven ability to deliver results in
complex banking environments
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end delivery
of
Cards & Payments
initiatives.
Drive
execution
,
governance
,
operational readiness
, and
risk management
.
Manage relationships with
payment schemes
,
payment processors
, and
operational vendors
.
Oversee
Card Issuing Operations
, including
Authorization
,
Clearing
,
Settlement
, and
Payment Processing
.
Ensure compliance with
payment scheme operating rules
,
mandates
, and
industry standards
.
Assess
operational impacts
, identify
delivery risks
,



and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with
Business
,
Technology
,
Operations
, and
External Partners
to achieve successful project outcomes.
Drive
vendor governance
,
commercial engagement
, and
service performance
.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence key business decisions.
Required Experience
Extensive experience in
Cards
,
Payments
,
Product Operations
,
Scheme Management
, or
Payment Processing
.
Strong understanding of
Credit Card Products
and
Card Issuing Operations
.
Experience managing
Visa
,
Mastercard
,
Payment Processors
, or
Operational Vendors
.
Strong knowledge of
Authorization
,
Clearing
,
Settlement
,
Reconciliation
, and
Payment Processing
.
Positive understanding of
Payment Scheme Operating Rules
and
Compliance Requirements
.
Proven experience delivering large-scale initiatives within
Banking
or
Financial Services
.
Strong
Commercial Acumen
and
Vendor Management
experience.
Excellent
Stakeholder Management

Communication

Leadership
skills.
Ability to manage
multiple priorities
in a
fast-paced
delivery environment.
