About The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Field Sales team, taking ownership of a defined territory across Victoria with a primary focus on On Premise.
This role blends account management with new business development.
You will manage an existing portfolio of customers while identifying and converting opportunities to drive growth across your territory.
This role combines account management and new business development, with responsibility for growing an existing customer base while identifying and converting recent opportunities.
You will work across a mix of retail and on-premise customers, including multi‐site operators, building strong partnerships and delivering commercial outcomes through execution, influence, and insight.




Operating with a high level of autonomy, you will run your territory as your own business, supported by a portfolio of leading premium brands and a collaborative, high‐performing team.
