About The Role
You will elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
You will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, developing and maintaining documentation, facilitating workshops, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting end-to-end project activities, and providing expertise in payments industry trends
You will develop and manage change controls to ensure proper documentation and approval of changes
What You Will Need
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the payments industry
Solid understanding of payment processing systems and compliance requirements




Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
Strong documentation and technical writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in developing and managing change controls
