About You:
You must be experienced
in delivering wide-ranging lifestyle programs and also comfortable with learning new technology to make difference to our residents' physiological, physical and emotional wellbeing!
Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing), is a minimum requirement for this role
Previous experience in a similar position as a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant is desirable
Preferred applicants will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent or Cert IV in Ageing and significant demonstrated Lifestyle experience
Current CPR and First Aid Certificates (practical in person training)




Hold a current drivers licence and be willing to drive the Residence bus as required
Current Police Check (within 12 months)
Flexibility to work dayshifts, weekends, and public holiday shifts as required
Commitment to providing holiday and leave relief across the home
