Act as the main point of contact for service customers
Coordinate service bookings, vehicle pick-up/drop-off, and cleaning
Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates
Ensure accurate recording of services, costs, and customer concerns
Identify upselling opportunities for additional services or products
Collaborate with technicians and parts teams to ensure efficiency

About the Candidate
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and workshop teams.
This role suits someone with either a mechanical background or strong customer service experience - and a passion for delivering premium service.
You'll work alongside expert technicians, brand professionals, and service administrators to provide a seamless,



high-quality customer experience.
Essential:
Strong customer service background (automotive, retail, or fast-paced industry)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Undertake administrative tasks
Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
Valid open manual driver's licence with clean driving history
Desirable:
Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership
Mechanical or technical knowledge of vehicles
