As Multisite Practice Manager at Coffs Coast Dental and Facial located in Coffs Harbour and Moonee Beach NSW, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and smooth operation of the practice.

Here's what your role will look like:
Leading our practice teams and ensuring the clinicians are well supported to provide anamazing end to end patient experience
Mentoringand supportingthe practice team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Being responsible forfront office coordination, dental assistants, sterilisation and all practice processes and procedures
Driving the business development for the practice - building relationships with patients andthe community
Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practices
Managing and monitoring practice costs, patient scheduling, billing, and collections to ensure seamless financial operations




Coordinating with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and exceptional customer service
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and protocols required inthe industry
Assisting with marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones
Monitoring inventory levels and liaising with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of office supplies
What We're Looking For:
Proven Dental practice leadership experience - leading and managing people, systems and processes
Experience successfully motivating, rostering, coaching, training and engagingthe team
Commercial acumen - successful experience managing patient rebooking rate, chair utilisation,Google reviews, practice revenue, cost management and team retention
Capability, positive influenceand willingness to engage with thepatients and the community for practice brand exposure
Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
Solid understanding of dental regulations, compliance, and infection control
Confidence using dental software and patient management systems
Energetic and hands‐on approach, with the willingness to be hands on at reception whenneeded
A working style that is calm under pressure and professional at all times
Adaptable and open to continuous improvement and change
