About the opportunity
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to employ a full time Service Scheduler & Administration based in beautiful Sydney Olympic Park.
This role will suit an experienced coordinator who has demonstrated experience in a fast-paced service orientated business.
You will have experience in:
Coordinating customer sites for routine testing




Booking service call outs and break downs
Liaising with technicians regarding availability
Purchasing parts, materials and equipment for the team as required
Excellent customer service both verbal and written
Intermediate MS office skills including the use of excel
Previous experience using an ERP system, Pronto & Uptick experience would be looked on favourably
Monthly invoicing
Timesheets
Purchase orders and raising/closing jobs
To Be Successful In This Role:
Must have full working rights in Australia (mandatory)
Fire experience and knowledge of AS**** (advantageous)
Some background experience with AFSS process (highly desirable)
Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers
Robust organisation and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
Multitask and well organised
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail.
A pro‐active approach to the required duties of the role, and outside the role
