Role Description
This is a full-time role for a
Project Engineer - Electrical Services (Graduate)
to join our Sydney team.
The Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing electrical infrastructure systems within the building services industry.
The role involves leading both brownfield and greenfield projects, ensuring best practice project delivery while managing costs and timelines, and developing strong client relationships.
This position requires close collaboration with other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project delivery and high-performing outcomes across both single-discipline and multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications
Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Engineering aligned with the discipline and technical focus of the role.
Any relevant certifications or knowledge in project management, safety, or software tools (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project) are advantageous; however, not essential.
Skills & Experience
A robust interest in developing technical, project delivery and consulting skills within the building services and infrastructure sectors.
Ability to build professional relationships within AGLK and across the broader industry.
Adaptable and resilient in navigating change and ambiguity within dynamic project environments
Committed to producing accurate, high-quality work with attention to detail.
Confident presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally.
Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly, apply sound judgement, and solve problems independently while meeting objectives.
Familiarity of relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks; however, not essential.
Previous vocational experience in a related field is desirable; however, not essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across disciplines and with both internal and external stakeholders.
