We're seeking anexperienced Precinct General Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of amajor asset within our Asset Management Services business.
This broad-rangingleadership role oversees financial performance, leasing, operations, riskmanagement, workplace health and safety, and strategic business planning.
KeyResponsibilities:
Lead thedevelopment and execution of annual business plans, operating budgets,forecasts and strategic initiatives to maximise long-term asset performance.
Build andmaintain strong relationships with key tenants and stakeholders, drivinglong-term occupancy, customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
Act as thetrusted advisor to institutional owners and joint venture partners, providingstrategic advice, governance oversight and recommendations to supportinvestment objectives.




Monitor andmanage asset performance, ensuring revenue, profitability and business plantargets are achieved.
Oversee workplacehealth and safety, risk management and compliance requirements, ensuring nomajor risks exist across essential services and operations.
Lead, mentor anddevelop a team of property professionals, creating a culture of accountability,collaboration and high performance.
Guide theProperty Management team to ensure accurate monthly and annual reporting isdelivered to owners and tenants.
Manage complexbudgets, financial reporting and expenditure controls while ensuring costcompetitiveness and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliancewith relevant property legislation, lease obligations, governance requirementsand asset management standards.
Identifyopportunities to enhance asset performance, reduce risk and contribute to thelong-term success of the precinct.
