We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Therapy Coordinator to join our supportive team in Elizabeth, South Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring families receive an exceptional service experience from their very first interaction with our clinic.
About the Role
As a Therapy Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for children, families, and referrers accessing our services.
Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary setting, you will provide administrative support that helps our clinical team deliver high-quality care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming andprofessional experience for clients and families
Manage therapist schedules and appointments across clinic and community settings
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Support accounts receivable processes and NDIS claiming requirements
Assist clinicians with administrative tasks related to service delivery
Complete data entry, document preparation, and general administrative duties
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families,



and stakeholders

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience using practice management software (essential)
Knowledge of NDIS administration processes or similar funding systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
Essential Compliance Requirements
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
