This is more than a retail sales role.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers transform their renovation ideas into beautiful and functional bathroom spaces.

This is a full time position.
As a Bathroom Design Sales Consultant, you'll:
Engage with customers and guide them through their bathroom renovation journey
Recommend products and design solutions tailored to customer needs and budgets
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Generate sales opportunities and consistently achieve personal and team targets
Maintain robust product knowledge across our bathroom and tile ranges
Deliver a seamless customer experience from consultation through to purchase
We're seeking individuals who are:




Proven sales performers or highly motivated professionals with a passion for sales
Confident communicators who can build rapport and influence purchasing decisions
Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and earning uncapped commissions
Passionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional service
Professional, organised, and able to manage multiple customers and priorities
Team players who contribute positively to a high-performing culture
Bathroom, renovation, tile, interior design or building product experience is advantageous but not essential.
