We're looking for an experienced building permit coordinator professional to manage the end to end project experience.
The role.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director & working alongside the leadership team.
You'll own the administrative and compliance arm of our practice.

That requires someone who owns it end to end & upholds the standard working alongisde the leadership team to ensure KWA continues to set the benchmark.
What you'll own
Preparing & drafting building permits for issue, processing project amendments,



CFIs and Occupancy Permits.
Coordinating mandatory inspections - bookings, reports and contract inspectors scheduling.
Statutory and compliance reporting - BAMS lodgements, permit lapse flows and building enforcement management.
Accounts receivable & the day-to-day financial running of the practice.
The systems, SOPs and standards that keep the whole operation consistent & on target.
General office management, scheduleing and deliverables.
