Job Title: Pipelayer
Employment Type: Casual (with transparent path to Permanent)
Pay Rate: $***** - $*****/ hr + Super + Overtime
Location: Adelaide SA
About the Role
We are seeking reliable, skilled Pipelayers to join our civil construction team.
This role covers a broad range of underground services installation across water, drainage, sewer, and utility network projects.
This position offers generous casual rates with real opportunities to transition into a permanent role for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Laying, aligning & jointing pipes for civil drainage, stormwater, sewer & water mains
Trenching, excavating, and preparing pipe beds to design specifications and grades
Operating civil machinery on-site: backfilling, site levelling, and material transport
Reading and interpreting plans, site drawings & level pegs
Adhering strictly to site safety protocols
Key Requirements
Experience: Proven Pipelayer across civil construction or utility infrastructure projects
Multi-Disciplinary Skills: Knowledge of multiple piping systems (e.g., PVC, Poly, Concrete, DICL)
Plant Tickets: Current tickets for Skidsteer and Roller are highly desirable
Licences: Valid White Card and Driver's Licence ( Heavy Rigid / HR Licence is a distinct advantage)
Fit: Able to perform manual handling and labour-intensive ground tasks safely
Safety Mindset: Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
