What You'll Be Doing




As a CRA, you will play a critical role in ensuring clinical trials are conducted safely, ethically and efficiently while building strong partnerships with investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists and sponsors.
You will:
Independently manage and monitor assigned sites
Use critical thinking to guide delivery of assigned projects
Build strong relationships to partner with investigators and site personnel
Drive site performance and patient recruitment
Have strong support from dedicated IHCRA and Regulatory Start-Up teams
Partner with sponsors and internal teams to successfully deliver clinical trials
Protect participant safety and ensure the quality and integrity of clinical trial data
What We're Looking For
CRA II
Requires at least 6 months independent monitoring experience
CRA III
Requires at least 2 years independent monitoring experience
You will also have:
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences or a related discipline
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conduct
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A passion for clinical research and improving outcomes for patients
Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
You must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
