THE ROLE




Working alongside the Project and Commercial teams you will be responsible for the commercial delivery of multiple projects from procurement through to completion.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and negotiating head contracts
Managing subcontract procurement and trade letting
Tender reviews and trade negotiations
Contract administration throughout project delivery
Preparing and managing NODs and EOTs
Cost management and contract compliance
Progress claims and payment reviews
Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Mentoring junior team members where required
YOU
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator
Excellent understanding of head contracts
Experience managing NODs and EOTs
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
