About the Role
As the Facilities & Assets Administrator, you'll provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities & Assets team, helping to ensure Ruah's portfolio of more than 20 metropolitan and regional sites are safe, compliant and well maintained.
You'll coordinate maintenance requests, support contractor and compliance administration, maintain accurate asset and facilities records, process work orders and invoices, and assist with reporting and systems management.
Working closely with the Facilities & Asset Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and internal stakeholders, you'll play an integral role in delivering productive facilities services that support our frontline teams across the organisation.

permanent part-time position (0.6 FTE)

What we're looking for
We're seeking an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Experience in an administration, coordination or business support role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Experience managing shared inboxes, databases and administrative systems
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation and data
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Experience in facilities management, property management, maintenance, construction, asset management or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.

A salary aligned with Level 3 of the Ruah Enterprise Agreement (and the SCHADS Award), starting at over $80,000 + Super.
5 weeks annual leave+ 17.5% annual leave loading (for award-based staff)
