The Role
As an Estate Planning & Estate Administration Paralegal, you will play a hands-on role supporting clients and managing matters from start to finish.
Managing Estate Planning and Estate Administration files
Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and estate administration documents
Liaising with clients and providing matter updates
Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
Managing file progression and document management
Liaising with financial institutions, beneficiaries, and third parties
Assisting with probate and estate administration processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Estates Paralegal
Experience in both Estate Planning and Estate Administration (preferred)
Strong client service and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail




Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively within a team

Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
