About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide person-centred clinical care while supporting positive resident outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care teams, you will deliver safe, high-quality care that supports the wellbeing, dignity and independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, resident-centred nursing care
Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes
Participate in resident assessments and care planning
Accurately document and communicate changes in resident condition
Provide wound care and other delegated clinical interventions
Support residents living with dementia
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
Contribute to quality, accreditation and continuous improvement activities
What You'll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as anEnrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed)
Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care
Previous experience as an Enrolled Nurse in residential aged care highly regarded
Working knowledge of AN-ACC desirable
Compliance Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check




Current AHPRA registration
Compliance with TLC Vaccination Policy
