You will lead shift teams in large-scale paper mills, driving safety, quality and output while coordinating daily production activities in a continuous process environment.
Ideal candidates have a mechanical or chemical engineering background with 5–15 years in paper manufacturing, robust leadership, and hands-on experience with large rotating equipment.
