SymCare is seeking highly experienced male disability support workers to join our SIL teams in Wyndham Vale/Melton and nearby Western suburbs.
The role focuses on complex care for participants with mental health challenges, intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviours, using trauma-informed care and person-centred support.
You will perform domestic tasks, transport participants, implement BSP strategies, and maintain accurate records.
