They are seeking an experiencedBoning Room Managerto lead a key production area at theirMoe, VICprocessing facility.

In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Boning Room.
Drive performance across safety, quality, yield and productivity.
Build, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Ensure food safety, quality and WHS compliance.
Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimise performance.
Manage departmental reporting, resources and budgets.

THE REQUIREMENTS
You'll be a confident and experienced leader with a passion for developing people and delivering operational excellence.
You'll also bring:
Extensive experience in meat processing, including Boning Room operations.
Proven success leading production teams in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems and workplace health and safety.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change.
Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills.
Relevant industry or leadership qualifications (desirable).
