We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional with a robust background in agricultural machinery sales and a solid understanding of broadacre farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of a range of agricultural machinery
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Proactively identify and engage recent customers
Demonstrate equipment and promote the premium Case IH product line
Grow market share in the local area through effective customer engagement

Strong sales ability combined with sound business ethics and a customer-first mindset
Professional presentation and a persuasive, solutions-oriented approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
