The role is hands-on and guest‐focused, responsible for guest experience, operations, safety, and community engagement.
You will manage a small team, supervise cleaning and grounds maintenance, and work with our support office to ensure WHS compliance, marketing locally, and achievement of KPIs.
A self-contained caravan site is required.
