Barbarian Brewing Co. in Melbourne's inner west is seeking a Bar Manager to run our pub on a day-to-day basis.
You'll be the senior person on the floor, owning the room, guests, events, bar and cellar, and leading the team with the owner's support.
You'll chase revenue targets, manage functions, ensure a sparkling venue, and build a capable crew.
This full time role offers growth alongside a hands-on owner.
