The opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this Sales Coordinator role sits in the Finance & Commercial team and is focused on coordinating activities once dealer sales have been agreed by Sales Managers and business unit leaders.
You'll be the central point making sure orders, pricing and customer details are captured correctly, and that everything needed to deliver and bill the sale is in place.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys organising, joining the dots and keeping post‐sale activity running smoothly.
What you'll do
Coordinate sales orders and documentation for internal and selected dealer transactions once sales are confirmed.
Prepare and update sales orders, delivery details and basic customer information so downstream teams have what they need.
Liaise with Sales, Service and dealers to confirm product, pricing, discounts and order changes.
Work with internal teams to make sure customer information is complete, consistent and up to date.




Support follow‐up on outstanding orders, changes and simple customer queries.
Help ensure invoices and related documents reflect agreed order details.
Contribute to improving sales coordination processes, templates and ways of working.
What you'll bring
Experience in sales coordination, customer service or sales administration.
Strong attention to detail and care with data, pricing and documentation.
Confident communicator who enjoys working with salespeople, customers and internal teams.
Good organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple requests and deadlines.
Comfortable working with ERP or CRM systems and Excel (or similar).
Alignment with Putzmeister Oceania's values, including safety, integrity and customer focus.
