The role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement with adaptable 3–5 days per week.
You will partner with leaders across Australia and Japan, manage employee relations, support Hibob implementation, and drive core People programs.
Candidates should show extensive HR Generalist or P&C; experience, strong knowledge of Australian employment law, and comfort working across time zones
