We are seeking an experiencedSales Leadto join our EZConcept team at Studco Building Systems.
This is afull-time positionand is office based with occasional site visits as required.
As Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring a small team, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
This role is integral to achieving our business objectives and establishing Studco Building Systems as a market leader in our industry.
Key responsibilities
Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new client accounts whilst maintaining existing relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and industry partners to drive revenue growth
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic planning
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements tailored to client needs
Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, reporting progress to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed
Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained
Mentor and develop junior sales team members, providing guidance and coaching to support their professional growth
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience, preferably within the building systems, construction materials, or related B2B sectors
Proven track record of generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the building and construction industry, including familiarity with key stakeholders and procurement processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present confidently to senior decision-makers




Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales approaches
Proven leadership capability with experience managing and mentoring sales teams or junior staff
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex sales cycles
Self-motivated, results-driven approach with a genuine passion for business development
Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required
