Honeysuckle Regional Health – Violet Town VIC is seeking a caring Care Partner to join our Homecare Service team.
This permanent part‐time role (4 days/week, 9:*****:30) focuses on person-centred, goals‐based care and helping participants live well at home.
You will work with families, coordinate with providers, monitor wellbeing, and support navigation of aged care services.
Travel to Violet Town, Euroa, Benalla and districts with a company vehicle is expected.
