We are seeking a reliable, hands‐onYard Supervisorto lead our small team and keep our yard running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
About the Role
You will oversee day‐to‐day yard operations, working closely with a team of 2–3 staff.
This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in a well‐organised yard, and communicates confidently with both customers and suppliers.
Hours are between 7am-4pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a small yard team in daily operations
Load customer orders safely and accurately
Organise incoming stock deliveries and maintain explicit stock locations
Keep the yard neat, safe, and efficient
Operate forklifts and vehicles for loading/unloading
Requirements
Good physical health
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety‐focused
