We're looking for a high-calibreStructural Engineer (3+ years)keen to gainstrong Australian modular experiencein our Brisbane team.
You'll be delivering structural design across modular housing, commercial modules, mining dongas, education pods, and other prefabricated building systems.

The Role
Based in our Woolloongabba office,



you'll work closely with senior engineers delivering modular structural solutions across a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and mining projects.
You'll be trusted to contribute meaningfully- not just design and disappear.
Typical Modular Projects
Modular housing(single & multi‐unit)
Commercial modules(office pods, retail modules)
Mining dongas & accommodation blocks
Education modules(classrooms, admin pods)
Healthcare modules
Volumetric & panelised building systems
What You'll Do
Deliver structural designfor modular buildings
Prepare engineering calculations and analysis
Contribute fromconcept through to detailed design
Produce clear, buildable documentation for manufacturing
Coordinate with architects, builders, and modular fabricators
Support drafting teams in delivering construction drawings
Attend site and respond to real-world construction challenges
Engage in design reviews and QA processes
What We're Looking For
Degree inCivil / Structural Engineering
3+ years' experiencein Australian structural engineering
Would suit, if you're a strong structural engineer looking to stepup and learn modular design
Musthave Structural Design Engineering Experience
Solid understanding ofAustralian Standards
Experience withsteel, concrete, and modular connection design
Exposure toSpaceGass, ETABS, RAM Concept
Ability to deliverbuildable, manufacturing-ready documentation
