The Opportunity
We're seeking an experiencedPart-Time or Casual Butcherto join our growing family business.
The role we have available is across our iconic market stores and East Brunswick Village.
This role offers a unique prospect that allows you to focus on what you love—creating beautiful, enticing displays that draw customers in.
No need to break down carcasses or bone beef; all the heavy lifting is done at our production facility.
Instead, you'll receive pre-prepared, high-quality cuts, allowing you to concentrate on perfecting the retail presentation and customer experience.
Your Experience
2+ years of butchery experience
Any type of butchery experience will be considered for this position (Retail Preferred)
Exceptional knife skills and cutting technique
Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and storage requirements




Attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Available to work weekends
