Singh Sweets Regional Pty Ltd is a reputable hospitality business that has opened a new location in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, specialising in authentic Indian sweets, snacks, and traditional cuisine.

It is committed to using fresh ingredients, maintaining high hygiene standards, and providing a warm and welcoming dining experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, preparing and cooking a wide range of authentic Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
Preparing and cooking fresh curries, gravies, rice dishes, appetisers, tandoori items, breads, desserts and accompaniments.
Preparing fresh ingredients, spice blends,



marinades, doughs, sauces and other food components required for daily service.
Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation, cooking and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
Coordinating the timing of food preparation across multiple kitchen sections to ensure meals are served promptly.
Assisting in planning menus and recommending current dishes and seasonal menu variations.
Monitoring food quality, portion control and presentation to minimise waste and maintain profitability.
Supervising and guiding kitchen staff during food preparation and service periods.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation and workplace health and safety requirements.
Monitoring stock levels, rotating stock, checking ingredient quality and assisting with ordering kitchen supplies.
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations and food preparation areas in accordance with food safety standards.
Assisting with daily opening, closing and food preparation procedures to support continuous kitchen operations.
Skill & Experience
Applicants must hold a Certificate IV qualification in a relevant field and have at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
