We are seeking an experienced, AHPRA-registered Casual Scrub/Scout Nurse one day per week, usually thursdays, occasional friday.

About the Role
As an integral part of the perioperative multidisciplinary team, you will ensure the highest standard of clinical care and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strict sterile fields and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.




Scrub for procedures and perform meticulous instrument/sponge counts.
Act as a Scout nurse, coordinating the room, documenting procedures, stocking trolleys.
Ensure all equipment is safely prepared and functioning perfectly prior to incision.
Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse) with full Australian working rights.
Minimum of ***** months of recent scrub/scout experience in an Australian hospital setting.
Strong understanding of perioperative nursing and infection control standards.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
