About the Role
As a Hospital Pharmacist, you will provide hands‐on clinical pharmacy services, support patient care and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:
Conducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products
Coordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees
Educating and advising staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the quality use of medicines

Full-time Tuesday - Saturday Roster
Saturday: 08:00am - 1:00pm
About You
Whether you're a newly registered pharmacist eager to dive into the world of hospital pharmacy or someone with experience in a community pharmacy looking to make a transition, we would love to hear from you. We provide full training and support to ensure your success.
Essential requirements:
Current AHPRA registered pharmacist with previous experience in an Australian based pharmacy
Australian working rights.
Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
Possess positive time management, communication and teamwork skills
Be flexible and adaptable working with a diverse team
Value attention to detail and able to work autonomously
