A growing NSW builder is looking to add Contracts Administrators to the team as the business continues to win work and expand.
This is not a seat-filler role. The business has live projects, a strong pipeline and a leadership team that backs good people to step up. I have placed people here before who have done well and progressed, which is usually the best test of whether the opportunity is real.
They have roles at different levels.
Junior CA ready for better training and exposure
Mid-level CA wanting more ownership
Senior CA looking for a stable builder with room to grow
The work includes government housing, council buildings, childcare, amenities and community-based construction projects. It is solid, repeatable construction work with proper systems, structure and commercial support around you.
You will be involved across procurement, subcontractor packages, variations, claims, cost tracking, documentation,



reporting and working closely with PMs and Site Managers to keep projects moving properly.
What you need
Contracts Administration experience in construction
Robust commercial sense and attention to detail
Ability to deal with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
Good paperwork, follow-up and organisation
Procore, Cheops, Breadcrumb or similar systems experience would help
Construction Management, QS or related studies are a bonus
