S&you; Australia is seeking a National Estimator to support its national operations in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. The role covers estimating, tendering and value management across commercial fitout, refurbishment and select recent-build projects up to $35 million.
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will review tender documents, prepare detailed cost plans, complete trade take-offs and manage subcontractor pricing, while maintaining strong relationships across multiple states.
