POSITION OVERVIEW
The Franchise Business Partner plays a pivotal role in strengthening franchise performance, driving growth across the franchise network, and leading remediation of underperforming franchises. The role ensures consistent operational effectiveness, commercial expansion, and alignment across the franchise network.
It is responsible for driving commercial and financial performance, including revenue growth, improving compliance, and delivering targeted support to uplift franchise capability, utilisation, and outcomes.
Success in the role requires robust commercial acumen, operational leadership, and stakeholder management capability, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
The role also identifies growth opportunities, improvement initiatives, and performance risks,
while strengthening accountability and resolving complex operational issues to support sustainable growth and performance across the network.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Partner with franchisees as a trusted commercial and operational advisor, lifting performance and capability
Lead remediation of underperforming franchises with structured plans, clear milestones and hands-on support
Track KPIs — revenue, cost, utilisation — and drive accountability against budgets and targets
Spot and execute growth opportunities across the existing franchise network
Be the go-to escalation point for performance issues and stakeholder concerns
Ensure franchise operations stay compliant and aligned to best-practice standards
Contribute to network-wide strategy — growth, efficiency and long-term sustainability
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Experience in operations, regional management or senior business partnering
A track record in performance turnaround / remediation
Proven ability to identify and deliver growth across multiple business units
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
Comfort operating hands-on in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
Aged care, disability, healthcare or community services experience (highly regarded)
