Patisserie is seeking a confident Front of House Lead to manage a busy café team and daily operations on site in Victoria, Australia.
You will run shifts, train staff, handle stock, and uphold outstanding coffee and service standards.
Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in a quick-paced café and be available to work at least one weekend day, collaborating closely with the General Manager to continuously improve operations.
