WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially aware Senior Drill & Blast Engineer to join our EMTS team, supporting operations across NSW and QLD.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of technical programs and value-driven solutions, working closely with customers, operations, and commercial teams to improve blasting performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
This is a senior, customer-facing role suited to someone who thrives on solving complex problems, influencing outcomes, and delivering measurable improvements in drill and blast performance.
Ideally you will have;
7+ years' experience in mining and drill & blast
Strong technical capability in blast performance analysis and optimisation




Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders
Ability to analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong communication, planning, and organisational
Demonstrated safety leadership and risk management
