Homestyle Aged Care in Victoria is seeking a dedicated nurse to work with a multidisciplinary team to assess and meet the physical, psychological and emotional needs of residents at Clarendon Grange.
Permanent positions are available.
You will provide compassionate, resident-centred care on rotating shifts, including nights, and collaborate with the care team to plan and review care.
Current AHPRA registration, CPR, and police check are required.
