Key Responsibilities
Providing timely, commercial, and legally accurate advice across employment law, industrial relations, and safety matters.
Managing contentious employment litigation as well as advisory work.
Conducting effective legal research and staying up to date with case law and legislative changes.
Prioritising and managing a robust workload while effectively running matters autonomously.
Developing a deep understanding of client operations, strategies, and industry dynamics.
Building and managing strong client and prospective client relationships.
Assisting in mentoring and developing junior team members where appropriate.




About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable with a commitment to delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
Key Requirements:
2+ years' PQEin Employment, Safety & Industrial Relations practice.
Experience in back-end employment litigation and front-end advisory work.
Exposure to industrial relations practice, management, or enterprise bargaining is highly desirable.
Strong commercial acumen and a plain-language communication style.
Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
Cooperative mindset with the ability to relate to people at all levels within a close-knit team.
