About these roles:
Option 1:Wk1 Thu to Fri **** to ****;Wk2 Thu to Sat **** to ****
Option 2:Wk1 Sun to Sat **** to ****; Wk2 Sun to Wed **** to ****
Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and support Registered Nurses in their role to promote a harmonious team approach to the delivery of resident care at Uniting AgeWell –Andrew Kerr Care
Deliver high quality, person centered care to residents and families, including consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs




Provide nursing care to residents with complex needs such palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management to enhance their wellbeing
To support nursing staff regarding assessment and care planning processes, documentation and evaluation of care outcomes
Analyse risk, implement strategies and participate in clinical handover with Registered Nurses
Promote a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management in consultation with the Registered Nurses
About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents to support them to live life to their potential!
Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2)
Equivalent to 2years experience as an EEN in residential aged care/ home care (preferred)
Experience with dementia care and palliative care support (desired)
Proficiency in decision making, critical analysis and on the spot problem solving
Demonstrated abilities to delegate and prioritise in a rapid paced environment with exemplary communication skills in a team and one on one interactions with all levels of care partners
Available and committed to work in the above mentioned roster vacancies

Essentials for working in Aged Care:
A currentWorking With Children Check (Employee) card
Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
