Sugar Nightclub and Spice Nightlife are vibrant hospitality venues located in the heart of Fortitude Valley, Queensland. We operate as a agile nightclub and restaurant, offering premium food, beverages, live entertainment, and exceptional customer service in a secure and welcoming workplace.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue and lead our team in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Essential Requirements
Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience as a Licensed Club Manager or in a similar management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Sound knowledge of liquor licensing, gaming legislation, workplace health and safety, and hospitality operations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise bar, restaurant, and function services.
Plan, book, and supervise sporting, gaming, and entertainment activities.
Supervise security arrangements and property maintenance.




Arrange member subscriptions and maintain membership records where applicable.
Observe and ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, health, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements.
Compile and organise the distribution of newsletters and other communications to keep members informed of upcoming events and available facilities.
Assess and review member satisfaction and preferences to improve services and customer experience.
Liaise with community groups sponsored and supported by the club.
Select, train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

What We Offer
Full time permanent position.
Competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
