Nestled in the lakes of Dunsborough, Lakeside is more than just the 19th hole of the golf club. We're a café, bar and bistro serving our members and the general public with delicious, thoughtfully curated food alongside a carefully considered drinks list.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Chef or Cook to join our friendly kitchen team. This position will play a crucial role in our kitchen's success and help guide the future success of the bistro by delivering exceptional food and contributing to the ongoing development of our menu and dining experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting chance for someone passionate about quality food and hospitality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing and cooking high-quality restaurant and café meals.
Contributing ideas and input into new menu development and seasonal offerings.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.




Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Delivering consistently high-quality meals that exceed our guests' expectations.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook.
A passion for creating fresh, high-quality food.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
A positive attitude with solid communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability, initiative and pride in your work.
Availability to work a versatile roster, including weekends and evenings.
